Craig Smith, owner of Smith Family Farms, and Laura Smith started farming in 2013 with a couple of goats. The farm has now evolved into a beef and lamb farm. With spent grain provided by local breweries, Smith Family Farms is able to provide their animals a unique blend of feed that produces excellent quality products. The emphasis on nutrition, genetics, and a low-stress environment produces healthy animals and quality meats.
Animals are never given unnecessary antibiotics or hormones.
